NET PROCEEDS MEANING? The amount that remains after deducting all production costs, shipping expenses and taxes are known as Net Proceeds. For every Cryona T-shirt, an amount of Rs. 500/- will be donated to Goonj.

WHAT'S A T-SHIRT A T-shirt is a short-sleeved casual top, generally made of cotton, having the shape of a T when spread out flat.

PRINTING Every Cryona graphic is hand block printed in collaboration with the lovely Poorva Shingre.

SHIPPING The T-shirt will be shipped and produced once the courier/shipping industry normalises. We'll send out an email a week prior to shipping out the T-shirts. Please note, that we are living in uncertain times, and shipping could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING TERMS - The cost covers shipping within India. - If shipping to your location isn't feasible, we would refund the balance amount after deducting the amount donated to Goonj. - For any failed attempts of delivery, due to incorrect address or multiple failed attempts to reach you, we would request you to bear the fee for shipping it the second time.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY Please be considerate of the fact that this is a pro-bono initiative and hence return, exchange and refund of the T-shirt will not be possible unless you receive a damaged product. If, for any reason, you receive a damaged product, please take pictures of the product at the time it reaches you, and write to us at hello@pigeonandco.com.
